What is squeaking ear when blowing nose?

Squeaking or crackling sound in the ear when blowing your nose is due to a sudden change in air pressure within the Eustachian tube, a narrow channel that connects the middle ear to the back of the throat. When you blow your nose, the pressure inside your nose increases suddenly, which can cause air to enter the Eustachian tube, and thus creates a squeaking or crackling sound.

This is generally a harmless condition and does not require any medical treatment. If the sound persists and is accompanied by pain in the ear, hearing loss or discharge from the ear, you should consult with your doctor as it may be an indication of an ear infection or a more severe underlying condition. To relieve the pressure buildup in the middle ear, you can try to open the Eustachian tube voluntarily by swallowing, yawning or chewing gum. Drinking fluids also helps to keep the Eustachian tube hydrated.
